Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (email address, workspace data, product SKUs, uploaded photos and other reference material) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, error events, credit and billing activity).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the service; process payments; send transactional emails; monitor service health and errors; and generate AI-powered designs and mockups on your behalf.
Third-Party Processors
We share your data with the following processors to deliver the service: Supabase (database and authentication); Stripe (payment processing); Resend (transactional email); Sentry (error and performance monitoring); Vercel (hosting); and third-party AI processing providers for design analysis, generation, upscaling, and background removal. Each processor is contractually required to protect your data.
Data Retention
Account and product data is retained for 30 days after you request account deletion, after which it is permanently removed. Payment and billing records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations. Generated images are stored in private, access-controlled storage.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@kraffa.com. We will respond within 30 days.
