These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Kraffa ('Service'). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription and Payments
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscription credits are non-transferable, do not carry over between billing cycles, and expire at the end of each period. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Intellectual Property
Content you create using the Service (designs, mockups, packages) remains yours. Kraffa retains all rights to the platform, pipeline, mockup templates, and underlying software. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the Service to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to reproduce copyrighted material or trademarked logos without authorisation, infringe on third-party intellectual property, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or other users.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or unexpected events may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kraffa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kraffa operates [jurisdiction TBD — to be confirmed by legal review]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
